Lesnick the Liar Cannot be Trusted By Hezi Aris

At Thursday’s Real Estate Committee Meeting upon which Yonkers City Council President Chuck Lesnick presides as co-chairperson with Councilmember Patricia McDow, Lesnick opened the meeting. One of the issues to be discussed was the application made to landmark 87 Nepperhan Avenue. Anonymous insiders, verified by Yonkers Tribune in person and in written form, advise that Lesnick claims his staff, in an effort to bring “news” pertinent to the Real Estate Committee, did so devoid of any due diligence. Lesnick the Liar is caught with his pants down on this one, among others. How would any of Lesnick’s staff believe the fax they attributed to Fr. Roy Cole was pertinent if they did not read the entire letter? Lesnick the Liar’s explanation is just that, a preposterous fabrication of his infertile mind.

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Allegedly Disregarded by Yonkers City Engineer Andy Api

YONKERS, NY – One of the issues that came before the Yonkers City Council Real Estate Committee, under the dual aegis of President and Co-Chair Chuck Lesnick and Co-Chair Patricia McDow, on Tuesday, March 18, 2008,  concerned the alleged disregard by the developers of 66 Main Street. Councilwoman McDow alleged what in the construction of 66 Main Street,  the sidewalks about the perimeter of the edifice, were constructed without adherence to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the New York State Buildings Code and with the alleged foreknowledge and approval of Yonkers City Engineer Andy Api.
