THE HEZITORIAL: Dr. Rev. Bostic’s Ploys Reveal His Continuing Failure and Rebirth to His Anger, Threats, and Tragic Outcome By HEZI ARIS

Ehezi_charicatureSequestration Is a Culprit This Year; But Not the Only One

The telling by the Yonkers Tribune was sufficient for Dr. Rev.Jim Bostic to take notice. So did those living in the reality of being aware, but insufficient in number to overcome those who would rather delude themselves by learning differently. The scenario of deceit and disregard for people in his employ had been learned and strengthened their effectiveness in controlling people for his benefit exclusively. Most who were employed stayed because they had an interest in changing the future. It was an elusive yearning; it would demand vigilance, focus, resiliency, and stamina to endure circumstance, bigotry, but mostly is required the patience by which education can be consumed… slowly.

I.G. Kitley Covill Inquires Into City of Yonkers 108 Loan Program Practices and Delinquencies By HEZI ARIS

COVILl-Kitley SYonkers Inspector General Kitley S. Covill has again, on a different issue, concisely, succinctly and with the economy of brevity, deduced her findings over the Yonkers Section 108 loan program. From the creation of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Community Development Block Program (CDBG), Yonkers has indulged in the program to expand opportunities locally. The gist of the program is that HUD is guaranteed repayment whereas the municipality is not. Despite anticipating concerns of non-payment, CoY accrued many delinquent borrowers. Mayor Mike Spano has in its first 16 months in office focused its efforts on repatriating funds borrowed but still outstanding.

Arbitration, Theft of Services, and "Lies" Rather than "Facts" are the Subject Matters on Westchester On the Level - Monday, May 13, 2013 @ 10 a.m.

BlogTalkRadio-gold-logoYONKERS, NY -- May 13, 2013 -- Westchester On the Level's Monday, May 13, 2013, show will focus on the 40-year long deadlocked labor arbitration negotiations between Albany and New York’s local governments; we’ll focus on the process and its impact on the City of Yonkers and its respective union membership. We will also cover the continuing theft of services under the Nepperhan Community Center Executive Director Rev. Dr. Jim Bostic’s alleged conduct in a scam he has perpetrated for years with support of government enablers. We will name the names of those alleged to be aware and who have done nothing to correct this atrocity on the people within the First City Council District. And lastly, we will cover the lack of due diligence performed by those who have accepted lies, tales, and downright deceitful “facts” to substantiate financial ability and make believe resumes to get their hands on taxpayer funds while government accepted the falsehood. At issue now  is why?
