José Roman Declares His Campaign Effort to Represent the 17th Westchester County Legislative District

YONKERS, NY -- May 18, 2013 -- Mr José Roman today officially announced his campaign effort torepresent the consituents within the 17^th Westchester County Legislative District. Mr. Roman is a 27-year veteran of the Department of Social Services in Yonkers, and a former active CSEA member during his tenure there. He is now retired.

Mr. Roman has three children; two sons and one daughter. All three were raised in Yonkers and attended the Yonkers Public School District.

Yonkers Firefighters and Fire Officers Endorse George Latimer for NYS Senate

YONKERS, NY -- IAFF Local 628 Yonkers Firefighters and the Uniformed Fire Officers Association (UFOA) have officially endorsed Assemblyman George Latimer for New York State Senate in the 37^th Senate District.  These two endorsements officially give Latimer the endorsement of all four uniformed service groups in the City of Yonkers.
