YONKERS, NY – Our show will open with a 15 minute introduction and theareafter will be followed, at 10:15 a.m., with Dr. Naseer Alomari, Yonkers Andalusia School Principal, who will discuss the latest news events that impress the entire world, and specifically, Syria. Since the International Red Cross has designated the crisis in Syria to now be engaged in a civil war, Syrian President Bashar Assad’s government has suffered the killing of his brother-in-law, a member of President Assad’s inner circle, the departure of the Kadima Party from the Netanyahu led coalition government in Israel, the suicide bombing in Burgas, Bulgaria, the opening of an alternate oil pipeline that skirts the need to traverse the Straits of Hormuz threatened by Iran to be choked by underwater landmines should they be not permitted to engaged in building nuclear powerplants for their electric energy needs, the moving of biological chemical agents from their present locations in Syria to other locations not yet revealed, the continuing support of Syria by Russia and China, the precarious political ramifications on Jordanian King Abdullah and the hopes for Palestinian statehood, the insinuation of the Egyptian Army on the political jurisdiction of President Morsi’s regime, and so much more.
