Yonkers, NY, November 2, 2010 -- Acid-tongued bloggers have confirmed the latest rumors making the rounds about Yonkers, that is, Mayor Phil Amicone just hired three new friends and family members for employment by the Yonkers Department of Public Works (DPW), including the boyfriend of Deputy Mayor William “Bill” Regan’s daughter.
