Mike Ramondelli to Announce his Candidacy for the 93rd Assembly District
Yonkers, NY -- April 14, 2010 -- Mike Ramondelli is determined to unseat 16 years’ incumbent New York State Assemblyman Mike Spano by announcing his candidacy at the Social at Dunwoodie in Yonkers this Thursday, April 15, 2010 at 7:00 pm.
Mr Ramondelli will formally announce his candidacy on the day most people feel the burden of excessive taxation. Mr Ramondelli’s campaign will consist of attesting how he would serve the City of Yonkers by fighting for reform in Albany. Mike Ramondelli aserts he “is primed to run an aggressive grassroots campaign against Mike Spano (D), an opponent who has used his pedigree to remain an entrenched and complacent member of the Assembly at a time when Yonkers demands real leadership.”
Mike Ramondelli is a lifelong Yonkers resident, successful small businessman and civically engaged citizen seeking to serve the public interest in Albany. Ramondell i pledges to stand for fiscal sanity, restoring integrity in state government and encouraging job creation and expansion in Yonkers. Most importantly, Ramondelli will fight for the children of the Yonkers Public School system and the teachers who teach them.
The Social at Dunwoodie is located at One Wasylenko Lane, Yonkers, New York 10701.

ramondelli UNsuccessful business man,
Posted by: shredder | April 14, 2010 at 15:47
Jacono had nothing to do with the REAL MIKE's candidacy. In fact, he tried what he could, albeit weak and wishy washy to stop it.
In fact, Jacono has very little if anything to say about the Rep Party. He is no leader.
Rainondelli is for real. He's smart, has his own money to fund the campaign and will campaign hard against a vulnerable lifetime politician who's part of the Albany disfunction - a man who sold his soul, changed parties and besides a dumb smile has nothing to offer in the monumental task of reforming a very, very broken, bankrupt government.
Rest assured, the Spanos are in a panic. This is the first real contest that any of them has faced.
They are likely to lose in a big way. Let's have fun. It's the way things ought to be in a true two party system.

Looks like Team Spano knows they're about to crash and burn. Find some better posters. You people are hysterically transparent.

The Spano comments are demonstrative of the ignorant thug mentatlity that they have had for years.
Perhaps that is why Mikey Spano has been so close to people like Zehy Jereis, who was brought on as the Spano tough guy party chairman with connections to the Gambino mob.
Just to top it off, maybe Mikey should make Jereis or one of their other Gambino guys as the campaign chair. Heaven knows they are associated with many mobsters.

A Republican in the Assembly is like a male tit. What good will it be to the City of Yonkers?
Posted by: It cant deliver any milk | April 15, 2010 at 07:51
It means someone will have the balls to tell the majority to go eff off, get their hands outta my wallet and think about stuff that creates jobs, rather than snuffing it out.
in a year like this, the GOP may actually pick up some seats (this one for starters) that ends the Tax n' Spendocrat supermajority.
BTW, Mike Spano's teets ain't exactly been delivering all that much milk.

Hey Milkman,
Mikey hasn't delivered much for Yonkers, especially this year. Watch the City budget announcement today and see how the Spanos have actually screwed Yonkers for many years.
Fat Nick never even had the courage, with all his wasted Albany power, to fix the school aid formula. Mikey is the same way. That alone costs Yonkers taxpayers hundreds of millions each year. (Maybe you union boys should realize this also)
Why? Because their bosses, whether it be Joe Bruno (who is now in jail, Nicky's boss,) or Sheldon Silver (brooklyn Dem who doesn't give a crap about Yonkers, Mikey's boss)tell them to keep their mounths shut or they might not get their share of the Albany pork.
Although they are truck drivers, the Spano's ain't no milkmen.
Besides, whatever milk they get their hands on, they drink it themselves, unless of course it is spoiled, then they feed it to the taxpayers.

Posted by: stalker | April 15, 2010 at 23:28
Tonights kickoff was a great success. Great turnout and Mike gave a great speech. The Spanos have a lot to worry about.
Its time for Yonkers to be Spano free.

It's difficult to imagine that these fabricated personal attacks on moral issues could come from the Spanos - those pillars of virtue.
If this campaign does go to the Spano level - in the mud, then Mikey, Nicky & Co may have to answer a few questions of their own.
BTW, did Mikey appear before the Ridge Hill Federal Grand Jury? Answer: YES
Why was he called to the Grand Jury?
Does he have any information about his friends Zehy jereis and Anthony Mangone and their alleged BRIBE taking?
Was he involved?
When he appeared did he refuse to answer questions and take the Fifth Amendment because his answers might incriminate him?
We'll get the answer to that before November.

Talk about wasting taxpayers $$$, Check Mikey Spano's 2009 budget, especially what he's paying his sidekick "Chief of Staff"...that ugly goon to keep her mouth shut. Check out whom else is on his payroll...Yonkers voters will be suprised!! Dumb and Dumber, we need them out now, Nov 2010 is too long a wait!
