Mount Vernon, NY -- Senator Jeff Klein (D-Bronx/Westchester) will join Senate Majority Conference Leader Senator John Sampson (D-Kings County) along with Mount Vernon Mayor Clinton Young, honorees Assemblyman Michael Benjamin (D-Bronx), Civil Court Judge Elizabeth Taylor, Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce President Frank Faley and Westchester County Board of Legislators Chairman Kenneth Jenkins to celebrate his 15th Annual Black History Month Breakfast. Senator Sampson will be the keynote speaker.
