White Plains, NY -- Lila Kirton ( pictured left ), 51, has been designated by Westchester
County Boad Chair Ken Jenkins to be his Chief of Staff. If, as expected she
will be appointed, her salary would fall in the range between $95,000 to as
much as $135,000 per annum. She is expected to be receive a salary closer to
the high end of the rangs. The White Plains resident, married with two
children, was identified to have engaged in an extramarital affair in 2008 with
New York State Governor David A. Paterson (pictured right ) romantically.
