Signals Renaissance of Leading Warehouse Closeout Discount Retailer
Yonkers, NY -- National Wholesale Liquidators has today announced the grand re-opening of five of its warehouse-style closeout discount centers: in Yonkers, NY; Bay Parkway, Brooklyn; Co-op City, The Bronx; Long Island City, Queens; and Lodi, NJ.
Company CEO Scott Rosen advised that the store re-openings signal the swift resurgence of the popular chain following its Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing in November 2008. “The five stores re-openings represent a new beginning for National Wholesale Liquidators and are particularly significant as they mark their 25th anniversary,” Mr. Rosen said, emphasizing that the retailer forgoes “fancy store fixtures to keep prices low.”
“The current challenging economic environment makes our retail concept more relevant than ever,” added Rosen. “We’re thrilled to continue to bring unsurpassed value to our loyal patrons at these locations, while also providing an exemplary level of customer service.”
