Once again the meeting is being announced the day of. This meeting should have been announced, at best, last week. Why is it being held in the east side library and not at the Riverside Library where most of the effected population lives. This mayor once again proves that he is a sneaky weasel.

Was it just announced today? Or was it announced last week and this is just a reminder? Because it wasn't on this site before doesn't mean it wasn't announced last week or even before that.

I did not get notice of this mailing. Seems I am not part of Sculti's mailing list. Even so, I got a copy of this today and that is why it was placed online. Further, I read a similar notice on The Journal News (LoHud actually) today. The original notice may have been disseminated elsewhere; I would not know. I did not get notice of this meeting directly from any of the sources.
Kindly,
Hezi

The original notice, if there was one, was probably disseminated to the usual "city haul" crowd that the boy emperor surrounds himself with. You know the professional hacks.

There was a mailing to city residents, at least to many of them, about two weeks ago. There also was a story in the JN not just today, but in the last few days, also. But Hezi should be on that list.

Cops: Drunk Mt. Pleasant man was skinny dipping in neighbor's pool
By Shawn Cohen
The Journal News • August 25, 2008
MOUNT PLEASANT - A drunken man was caught swimming - naked - in a neighbor's pool Saturday, police said.
Thomas Weibrecht, 52, of 483 Old Chappaqua Road in the Briarcliff section of Mount Pleasant, was charged with third-degree trespass, a misdemeanor, and exposure of a person, a violation. A witness called police. By the time officers arrived, he had put his clothes back on. Police found Weibrecht with a case of beer.
He was freed on $1,000 bail and ordered to return to Town Court on Thursday.

Is this the same Tom Weibrecht of the Amicone administration?????????????

You already posted this. Are you obsessive? You first post was answered.
Posted by: | August 25, 2008 at 08:14 PM
Hypothetically, if this were the same Tom Weibrecht who was a Yonkers School Trustee, Bd. of Ed V.P., who brought us Andre Hornsby and who was entrusted the education and well being of 25,000 students, then
YES, it would be easy to be obsessed with wanting to know why and how a person of such charachter has made it to such high places and how a person of such charachter has been paid hundreds of thousands of our dollars to be where he is.
Obsessive about having decent people in positions of power - absolutely and forever YES.
If you don't get that then you are not obsessive, but you are delusional.

The Weibrecht who was on the BOE and works for
"city haul" lives in the Crestwood section. Did he move to the high rent zone?
