MOUNT PLEASANT - A drunken man was caught swimming - naked - in a neighbor's pool Saturday, police said.
Thomas Weibrecht, 52, of 483 Old Chappaqua Road in the Briarcliff section of Mount Pleasant, was charged with third-degree trespass, a misdemeanor, and exposure of a person, a violation. A witness called police. By the time officers arrived, he had put his clothes back on. Police found Weibrecht with a case of beer.
He was freed on $1,000 bail and ordered to return to Town Court on Thursday.

How will he ever find his way to the radio station? Will someone take him there?

To 7:06 I'm a boob. I misread the article so sue me. At least I'll just admit I'm a jerk instead of running for city government.

There apparently is only ONE Thomas Weibrecht in NY State. That means it probably is him. Not good. Not good at all.
Whether the JN, which for some time has been trying to fill space easily and cheaply, should even be publishing names in misdemeanor arrests is another subject. Odds are it will be reduced to a violation like disorderly conduct.

how do you know for sure that he is the Tom Weibrecht that works for Yonkers?
Where did you check that there is only ONE person in NY State with that name?

If you see the new article, you'll see it was him.
