Between March 1st, 2007 and May 11th, 2007, Pisano forged the signatures of two people, an attorney and a New York State Supreme Court Judge, for the purpose of increasing the size of a parcel of land that she and her boyfriend, Robert Snyder, intended to sell in Cortlandt Manor, New York.

Pisano forged the signature of attorney Daniel D. Chu, on a falsely made Notice of Motion and a falsely made Summons and Complaint, both dated March 12, 2007. She signed the falsely made Notice of Motion and Summons and Complaint without the consent or knowledge of Daniel D. Chu.

Pisano then forged the signature of New York State Supreme Court Judge Mary H. Smith’s on a falsely made Decision and Order dated April 6, 2007. The defendant signed the falsely made Decision and Order without the consent or knowledge of Judge Smith.

The forged Decision and Order granted the defendant’s motion to acquire a right of way (ROW) abutting some property owned by the defendant at 250 Lafayette Avenue, Cortlandt Manor, New York.

In fact, the real Decision and Order, dated February 23, 2007, issued by Judge Smith denied the defendant’s previous motion for an Order to acquire the ROW by adverse possession.

Adverse possession is a legal procedure which can be used to acquire land without compensation.

Pisano then gave these falsely made documents to her boyfriend who subsequently filed them with the Town of Cortlandt’s Assessor’s Office, Code Enforcement Office and Office of the Town Attorney.

Additionally, Robert Snyder gave the forged Decision and Order to Continental Real Estate Group, Inc., a real estate listing company, so that they could market the property as .43 acres, as opposed to its actual size of .34 acres.

Officials in Cortlandt uncovered the irregularities.

Pisano was arraigned in Cortlandt Town Court and released on her own recognance.

Her next court date is May 30th, 2008.

She faces a maximum of seven years in state prison.

Assistant District Attorney Berit Hayes-Huseby, of the Investigations Division, will prosecute the case.

Like Nickolli Mrijaj just tow kids who made a mistake.....that's all.

excuse me typo two

they are hardly comparable...one is a
scheme to forge a judicial document
forge the judges signature and steal
property (a right of way)that a judge
already denied...the other is a foolish
move by a dumb kid to get 400, but
I bet if the mother wasn't in the employ of
the mayor you wouldn't even comment

That's yesterdays news. Todays news is Sandi. I don't think they allow you to have hairspray in federal prisons!

....and if his mother didn't work for Amicone you would not be defending him.

If his mother didn't work for Amicone, I doubt he would have the job. And what about the kid you smacked in your driveway, was that not just a foolish move by a dumb kid? Why did you not give that young man the benefit of the doubt? Where was your compassion?

you really have a lot of nerve..you have no
idea of what transpired..a group of roudy
teens surrounded our car...yelling obscenities and pounding on the hood..
you bet i got out of the car...
but I did not hit the kid AT ALL...but his
parents when they found out where i lived
and what i did...wanted 60,000....thats
right 60,000...no chance...here is what
he got...10 dollars...there were no injuries
to this kid..and the other kid ended
up dying as the result of a drug overdose
what would you have done..the charges were
dropped...the kid and his parents were into
extortion...the kid followed the drug crowd
around..I hope he is not doing it anymore

They sound like they were just some misguided youth.

What a pompous ass.

Yes he his.

what do you find pompous about the comment
it accurately reflects what happened..
or are you just aggravated that the truth
puts the lie to the initial charge
