TIF is dead in the water

No way, it's an outstanding tool for upgrading public infrastructure - do your homework. Benifits are city-wide, not just for the areas being redeveloped from slum-support condition to decency for all.

Dead in the water? You're all wet.

Thought I was in the twilight zone for a momment, to see Robertson's photo again like that - thought I was trapped in an election sphere that would never end.

Oh, it's his last real estate committee gig. Then he's off to the pasture.

Wish him well.

see ya dennis!

dennis robertson is going to be the next democratic city chairman.

Dennis Robertson is FINISHED.

Democratic chair for Rich Martinelli's comeback against Chucky Nerd

marintelli is finished too

I am glad to see that items are actually moving through the RE committee for consideration by the Council now that Chucky is controlling the RE committee.

Robertson's sellout to the slimeball Zherka ensures he is done in Yonkers. This may be the last time anyone has to see that phony picture Robertson had taken to make himself look like a lawyer or a judge. So long, Dennis the Menace.

Chuck controls very little, he just "facilitates."

chuck is the next mayor.

Now that the election is over, let the trough-feeding begin!

Robertson's embrace of Strip Club Sam is the reason he is done.

It is also revealing of what type of person Robertson is. He is a person who would embrace evil in order to win an election.

Robertson is done as well he should be. When you embrace evil you become evil.

Goodbye Robertson and good riddance.

This agenda looks like another Christmas bonanza for the developers and their friends, brought to you by Dollar Phil and the Council chorus!

To the idiots above, as bad as Chuck is Martinelli should never be let back into City Haul, NEVER.

Why oh why do some of you people insist on
recycling the same old tired candidates?
It is exactly why Yonkers never, ever changes.

Remember, Martinelli is Amicones boy, so is Loraine Lopez, Dick Halavey, Anthony Pagano, Marty Peterson, Peggy Dugan, Larry Thomas, the eightenn Blanchards and all the rest of the trough feeders rapeing Yonkers Taxpayers annualy.

You are in need of serious therapy.
Whoever you are, you say the same thing all the time.
You have a serious ax to grind and are constantly picking on the Blanchards, who are real nice people.

You probably are a miserable lonely person spending the holidays staring at a yule log.

Lighten the hell up.

Loraine Lopes? Is that former crack addict gang member still collecting a six digit salary with a city car at the tax payers expense? what a city

FIRST OF ALL It's LOPEZ and just because someone smoked crack in the past and was in a violent street gang, and maybe sold some crack here and there to pay the bills does not make them a bad person. There are plenty of people less deserving than her that get a 6 figure salary and a city car.

Hmmm, I guess it's troublesome to you to here the name Blanchard in the company of Lopez, Pagano, Halavey and Peterson. But it's the truth, isn’t it, and you simply can’t deal with it.
What was that saying, lie down with dogs, wake up with fleas...
Instead of psychoanalyzing me, why don't you ask the Blanchard’s what their motivations are, is money really that important that you’d sell your dignity for it?
Oh and p.s., I sleep really well; I don’t rip off senior citizen taxpayers so I and my family can have more money.

What's happening with the McMansion taskforce?
Was it just more smoke and mirrors to get past
the election? Will these developers continue
to destroy residential neighborhoods? These
questions await answers.

Denny we hardly knew ye.
