No TV what are they hiding tonite?

No TV what are they hiding tonite?

I hear she is awarding herself the LIFETIME POLITICAL HACK award - the barbatos are the only republican elected officials, who hold politically appointed jobs with democratic adminstrations.

As opposed to would be Republican elected officials who run on the Democratic Line...Hellllloooo Jodi!

Speaking of Democrats, is Robertson still on the Democratic line?

Or is he now on the Zherka-Spencer-Restiano line?

City Councilwoman Dee Barbato R-6th District, who represents the area, said the proposal has some promise, but she wasn't completely convinced.

"It's been an eyesore for years," Barbato said, referring to the Lockwood Lumber site, "and I'm sure the community would like a few nice stores to shop in. I just don't want it to overwhelm the neighborhood."

Ask Chuck Dee he's in favor of anything.

She looks just like Miss Piggy!!

I believe parking is the problem in this area, plus with the addition of Ridge Hill and the traffice that will bring, those stores will shrivel up and die.

Welcome to the City of Vision

For what it's worth, the JN editorial today supports this idea in a big way.

It sure does seem like this plan will help the little guy. If so, it's good.

Anything the JN editorial board supports in Yonkers is suspect. They are entitled to their view, but remember we the public are also entitled to ours.

Oh! and less parking and higher taxes will help the little guy. The above poster is one of those real Yonkers simpletons of which there are many.

Look at BARBato, sitting on the fence and trying to be on all sides. Pick a side, otherwise gives us all a huge break.

Well she sure acts like Miss Piggy, eating up
all that patronage pork.

Blah, blah, blah. If they are really concerned
about flooding and erosion, get going with the
McMansion legislation before we all drown or
choke to death from the over-development. This
city gets uglier and uglier every day thanks to
tasteless, greedy politicians.

OMG Barbato really does look like Miss Piggy. LOL the hair and the face. It is hysterical. Good call! Built like her too.

Don't listen to the morons on this site, your doing what's Right for Yonkers.
Keep up the good work Dee.

Slurp! Slurp! Slurp! Slurp! Slurp! Slurp! Slurp! Slurp! Slurp! Slurp! Slurp! Slurp!

Remember the Partridge Family from the 70's. Yonkers version should be the Patronage Family, and do we have a set of characters to fill the script.

Partridge Family trivia: Susan Dey went to Fox Lane High School in Bedford.

Who gives a rats where she went. She went to rehab too.

She had an eating disorder, not a drug or alcohol problem.

And who gives a rats about you? No one.
