YONKERS, NY -- On June 17, 2007, at 10:00 pm, a 42 year old local resident

officers tried to stop him when a female, later identified as Laura Peebles
tried to physically stop the officers from getting to Morrison. Another officer
stopped a male, Michael Parker, who was standing next to the Chevy Suburban.
Michael Parker told the officer that the gun was in the duffle bag that his son
was carrying. Officers opened the black duffle bag and found a silver Beretta
Handgun, 9mm, with 15 live rounds in the magazine. The victim positively
identified Michael Parker as the man who menaced him with that handgun. The
suburban had four other occupants at the time police arrived on Pine Street, none of the other occupants were

Good that the fellow called for help instead of being afraid of the police. Now the gun is off the streets, and who knows who those bullets were meant for, if something was planned out with the loaded gun. Guns are loaded for a reason - to shoot someone.

42 Pine St. used to be 35 Pine St. An infamous address, which is why it was changed. In fact, that whole neighborhood was infamous, and still is, including Warburton down below.
